Do you have a delivery charge? If so, how much?
We offer Free Shipping within Metro Manila. For deliveries to the province, we have an appropriate delivery fee depending on your area. If your corresponding area is not available during checkout, please contact us at sales@gentleprince.com to see if we can make special arrangements for you.

Does your company offer a product warranty?
Yes, simply return any item with a defect within 6 months for a free replacement or free repair (your choice), no questions asked. Items that are damaged not due to manufacturer defect are not subject for return.

Is the product available?
Most products are available. However, we cannot guarantee the exact quantity due to sudden orders or depending on your order quantity the exact amount that you will be ordering. If you are considering a large purchase, please email us directly at sales@gentleprince.com so we can help you with your transaction.

Is there any discount if we purchase?
Currently, we do not offer discounts on our products as we believe that our price provides full value for our customers with regards to design, quality and durability. However, from time to time, we do offer promotions that do involve some discounts as a token of appreciation to our customers, so please stay tuned for these promotions on our homepage.

Delivery lead time?
If your order is only around 1-2 items, we can deliver it within Metro Manila in around 2-3 working days. For more than that, typically delivery is within 7 working days depending on the size of the order. For orders outside of Metro Manila, the lead time will vary depending on the shipping method.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express thru PayPal and Mastercard and Visa thru Paymongo.

If we pay you thru bank transfer, what are your company’s bank details?
Our bank details can be viewed when you checkout using the "Bank Deposit" payment method.

If we pay you by cheque, what will be the payee name?
You may indicate the payee name as, “Gentleprince, Inc.”

Where is Gentleprince, Inc. located?
Our main office is located at 425 Juan Luna Street, Binondo, Manila.

Is the price VAT Exclusive or VAT Inclusive?
All our prices are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
