Do you have a delivery charge? If so, how much?
Free shipping within Metro Manila. However, if you are located in the province, we do have a delivery charge. Please contact us at 
sales@gentleprince.com for more information regarding this. We are currently working on setting up a standardized delivery charge table and we will let you know when it is up on the site.


Does your company offer a product warranty?
Simply return the item with minor damages within 6 months for an exchange of new item. Although, some broken furniture will be subject for inspection before replacing a new one.


Is the product available?
Most products are available, however, we cannot guarantee an exact quantity due to sudden orders or depending on your order quantity the exact amount that you will be ordering. If you are considering a larger purchase, please email us directly at sales@gentleprince.com so we can help you with your transaction.


Is there any discount if we purchase?
Currently, we do not offer discounts on our products as we believe that our price provides full value for our customers with regards to design, quality and durability. However, from time to time, we do offer promotions that do involve some discounts as a token of appreciation to our customers, so please stay tuned for these promotions on our homepage.


Delivery lead time?
If your order is only around 1-2 items, we can deliver it within Metro Manila in around 2-3 working days. For more than that, typically delivery is within 7 working days depending on the size of the order. For orders from the provinces, the lead time will vary depending on the shipping method that you will select.


Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) thru PayPal.


If we pay you thru bank transfer, what are your company’s bank details?
We currently have multiple banks that we use, if you wish to use bank deposit as your payment method, please email us to facilitate the transaction and to make it as smooth and easy for you.


If we pay you by cheque, what will be the payee name?
You may indicate the payee name as, “Gentleprince, Inc.”


Where is Gentleprince, Inc. located?
Our showroom is located at 114B Jupiter St. Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City. Our main office is located at 425 Juan Luna Street, Binondo, Manila.


Is the price VAT Exclusive or VAT Inclusive?
All our prices are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
